Je me blesse: milieu de l'oeil percé = trou !!!

Je rêvais que j'enlevais mes lentilles, et soudain, je sens comme un clic/quelque chose qui tire mon oeil, & je me regarde dans le miroir : j'ai un trou à  la place de la pupille !!!!! Du sang gicle de temps en temps, en intervalles, mais pas constamment. Mon oeil est bien en place, mais juste avec un trou (comme percé par un compas!!!) au milieu... Je n'avais pas forcément mal, c'était juste très effrayant (vous imaginez bien!). C'était je crois bien l'oeil gauche !
A l'aide !!! Qu'est-ce que ça peut bien vouloir dire tout ça... ?
