Jai 25 ans, et j'aimerais votre avis sur un rêve, dont je me souviens partiellement mais qui m'a fortement perturbée.

J'ai rêvé de mon père ( avec lequel je suis en contact mais néanmoins, nos rapports sont souvent toxiques pour moi), une sorte de dispute éclatait, il me secouait pas les bras en me reprochant quelque-chose ne lien avec un abus ( sexuel ).

Voilà , ça m'a énormément perturbée car je travaille en psychothérapie sur moi et j'ai découvert que certaines choses que j'ai vécu sont des abus ( dont sexuels) quel lien avec mon père ...
